As the Reward subject matter expert for Sysco GB,reporting to the Director of HR Operations you will work collaboratively with the Global Reward Team, HR Business Partnersand Centres of Excellence to shape and embed a forward-looking reward strategy. You will leverage

Workday to drive compensation outcomes,maintain robust governance and compliance, and lead key strategic initiatives including Gender Pay Gap reporting and action planning.
