Extensive experience (7 years) as a Senior HRBP within global, medium-to-large scale organisations (1,000 employees), with a stable and progressive career history. Professional Services & Tech Partnering: A background operating within professional services (e.g., finance, law) alongside proven experience partnering directly with technology client groups. Matrix Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex, matrix environments to lead change and solve problems. Data-Driven Insights:
Strong analytical capability to manipulate data, extract meaningful insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive business progress. Professional
Qualifications:
Fully CIPD Level 7 qualified and/or holds an MSc in Human Resources, paired with the resilience to provide counsel and execute hands-on tasks in demanding situations. Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based in our London office. Plus there will be travel to our Nottingham office as and when needed. We embrace a hybrid approach to work.
You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days. Our offices are designed to inspire and support you.
