SF Partners is exclusively retained to recruit a Head of HR for a fast-growing international engineering group. The role covers the UK with 60% travel, 40% home-based and ad hoc European travel, based from Nottinghamshire.
You will lead a 400-head UK HR, Payroll and Talent team, report to the MD/SLT, and drive the UK HR agenda in a commercially minded, ambiguity-ready environment. Salary £60k-£70k plus £8-£10k bonus and £6,750 car allowance, permanent full-time role with strong visibility at SLT
