About you

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline
  • Graduate Membership of CIPD or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' generalist HR experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A team player with strong leadership qualities

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Act as the Training Coordinator, identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external programmes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR administrative tasks
  • Lead initiatives to maintain and achieve accreditation standards such as Investors in People and ISO standards
