Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of a well-respected national charity. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator to join a busy HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, supporting hiring managers, managing applications, arranging pre-employment checks, and issuing offer documentation Support the onboarding of new employees and volunteers, preparing contracts, arranging inductions, and maintaining HR systems Provide administrative support across employee relations activities, benefits administration, absence monitoring, and staff changes Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, produce reports, and ensure documentation is managed in line with GDPR requirements Assist with learning and development initiatives, mandatory training records, and staff wellbeing activities Monitor HR and recruitment inboxes, respond to queries, support payroll administration, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements Ideal Candidate Profile Previous experience in an administrative role within a busy team environment Experience using HR systems or databases and maintaining accurate records Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of confidentiality within an HR setting

Experience with in the charity sector or a professional clinical environment would be advantageous

Location:

North London Duration: 2 month temporary contract Pay rate: £18 - £20 per hour

35 hours per week Working pattern:
