Mode Search are partnering with a globally recognised luxury fashion group in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA to join their London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting 14th September.
This is an exciting interim opportunity to join an established international luxury business, supporting recruitment across both corporate and retail functions throughout the EMEA region. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA, the successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to interviewing and offer coordination.
Working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, this role requires a proactive and highly organised recruitment professional who can build trusted stakeholder relationships, identify and engage high-quality talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate and retail functions, from sourcing through to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers, providing guidance on interviews, candidate assessment and offers
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
- Support high-volume recruitment and proactively identify talent to meet business needs
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and employer brand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years’ recruitment experience within a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, ideally across fashion, supply chain or operations
- Workday experience would be advantageous
- Data visualisation skills would be beneficial
- Creative and curious, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the recruitment function
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a globally recognised luxury fashion business, taking ownership of recruitment across a diverse range of corporate and retail functions throughout EMEA.
The role offers hybrid working, with three days per week in the London office and two days working from home.
