Remote Employee Relations Specialist – ER & Change

CVS Group in the UK is seeking an experienced ER professional to deliver expert employee relations support amid organisational change. You will handle complex ER cases, guide leaders, and ensure compliance while contributing to transformation projects and TUPE activity.
This home-based role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law and stakeholder management, with occasional travel to CVS sites to engage with managers and teams across the group.
