HR Generalist / Talent Management, HRIS Specialist, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.
Role PurposeTo deliver a professional and efficient HR Administration Service in support of the business, ensuring that all required activities and information is delivered in a timely manner and kept up to date. Support the HR team in the delivery of effective HR administration in the areas of Recruitment, Learning & Development and general HR Team support, covering all stages of the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities:Recruitment
- Act as the primary administrator for all recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, room bookings and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records, recruitment workflows and approvals are accurate and up to date.
- Act as the administrator and super-user for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records, learning content and reporting are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate learning programmes and development activities across the Bank.
- Manage course bookings, internal communications, room bookings, attendance records and evaluation feedback.
- Monitor mandatory and regulatory training completion rates and produce reports for HR and business leaders.
- Manage general HR administration activities including reference requests, contractual change letters and employee records.
- Maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
- Support annual HR activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, pay review processes, colleague surveys and organisational development initiatives.
- Maintain organisational charts, job descriptions and career pathway documentation.
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with diary management and event coordination.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A good completer/finisher
- Ability to work confidentially
- Accuracy with excellent attention to detail
