Wigan Council is seeking an experienced HR & OD leader to transform the delivery of HR & OD services. You will head a team delivering engagement, learning, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives and drive a modern, customer-focused HR function.
You will influence across all levels in a fast-paced environment, embedding a joined-up service across council buildings and community venues, with flexible/home-working options where service delivery permits.
