Morson Talent is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave in a busy People Team within the health and social care sector. This remote role allows occasional London or Manchester office access for collaboration.
The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of HR advisory experience, solid case management, and TUPE familiarity. CIPD Level 5 is advantageous, with opportunities to train managers in key policies.
