Montu UK is seeking a highly organised People Operations Coordinator to own the onboarding journey from signed contract to day one. You will ensure compliance, a seamless start, and an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing, regulated healthcare environment.
You’ll manage multiple onboarding journeys, coordinate pre-employment checks such as Right to Work, DBS and references, and work with Hiring Managers, IT and Payroll to ensure every new starter is ready on day one.
