Enlighten Learning is an early-stage education startup providing online one-to-one tuition across GCSE and A-Level subjects. We are looking for an Operations Intern to support tutor recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day operational tasks.
You will screen applications, conduct tutor interviews, and be the main contact for tutors regarding onboarding, payments and other processes. This entry-level role offers meaningful responsibility and autonomy in a startup environment.
