About you Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll processing across multiple countries and entities Proven management experience, with a hands-on approach in leading small teams Strong vendor management skills, especially in managing outsourced payroll providers Excellent knowledge of payroll and expenses within a multinational environment Bachelor's degree; CPP or similar certification is preferred What you'll do Lead and develop the global payroll, mobility, travel, and expenses team, acting as the main point of contact for queries and escalations Oversee end-to-end relationship management with outsource vendors, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and service level compliance Manage the transition between payroll vendors, including data migration, testing Review and reconcile all payroll and expenses data, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies Support integration projects for newly acquired entities and contribute to process improvement initiatives For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Kevin Roberts for a confidential chat today.
