Aveni is a remote-first AI business seeking a People & Culture Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You’ll own day-to-day HR across the full employee lifecycle, support managers, oversee core HR processes and systems, and manage a small recruitment team.
You’ll balance BAU HR with projects, stay ahead of UK employment law, drive engagement, and explore AI opportunities in HR. Reports to the COO with autonomy in a fast-moving startup.
