The Ramblers are seeking a People and Culture Assistant to support volunteers and staff across London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or home-based roles with travel. The role sits in a pay grade with a salary range and is designed to provide a high-quality people experience.
You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, data integrity in HR systems, and co-ordinate learning and development initiatives while ensuring compliance and excellent service to the organisation.
