3t is seeking an HR & Recruitment Lead to join its growing HR team. This predominately remote role with occasional travel covers Aberdeen, Manchester and Newcastle. You will own a broad HR remit across recruitment, payroll, ER and people analytics.
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with strong recruitment experience, UK employment law knowledge and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. Experience in multi-site or PE-backed environments is advantageous.
