Conquer AI is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own the pipeline from sourcing through offer and to manage recruitment within its global remote hubs.
You will screen technical and consultancy candidates, partner with hiring managers to define what good looks like, keep pipeline data accurate and up to date, and help shape scalable hiring processes as the company grows.
This fully remote role supports multiple regions and offers the opportunity to contribute to Conquer AI's growing talent strategy.
