BCT Resourcing is seeking an HR Assistant Administration for a remote, permanent role. You will be the first point of contact for people-related matters, handling recruitment and payroll elements for our charity.
You will advise managers on policies and employment law, supporting the HR Consultant and Head of Operations and Finance on various projects. Key responsibilities include preparing HR documents, updating policies, monitoring leave, and arranging board meetings.
