Position: HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Our client is an exciting and flexible world leading aviation service provider who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their fast-paced HR Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a HR related role, will possess strong attention to detail, and will be able to work within a fast-paced environment.

12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Salary dependent on experience
Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 17:00pm, with a 16:30 finish on a Friday, with up to 4 days working from home

Job Description

Actioning the administration of all people processes including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
Supporting with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and note taking.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all employee records on the HR systems.
Day to day management of all employee benefits administration.
Management of the HR mailbox.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience working within a HR-related position.
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with confidential personal information.
