Wade Macdonald is recruiting an HR Assistant for a 15-month fixed-term contract in Thatcham. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home, supporting a 35-hour week.
You will handle day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR reporting, reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with site teams. A CIPD Level 3 and a clean UK driving licence are advantageous.
