Git Lab is seeking a Lead Legal Counsel, Employment, to serve as a senior advisory on employment matters across a globally distributed, all-remote organization. You will guide on recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance management, leave, and separation, while coordinating with People and Business leaders.
The role requires leading complex employment-law issues, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring scalable processes across EMEA and beyond. Remote-friendly with UK/Ireland base preferred.
