Location: Greater London
City Fibre is seeking a People Partner contractor for a 3-month engagement, with remote work and occasional travel to Milton Keynes or London. You will guide leaders through complex employee relations, redundancy and change programmes, ensuring fair, compliant outcomes while coaching managers across the business.
You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, use data to spot risks, and help shape HR policies to maintain a great employee experience during change. Immediate start available.
