What you’ll be doing :

  • Maintaining accurate, confidential records, ensuring data integrity and audit compliance
  • Working in partnership with trade unions to foster positive and productive relationships
  • Promoting value for money through efficient processes and effective use of systems
  • Ensure all activity aligned with health & safety, equality and safeguarding requirements
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working in a HR or People advisory role, providing advice and guidance on employee relations and people-related matters, with a good understanding of employment legislation and people management best practice.
  • Strong casework management skills, with experience managing a varied employee relations caseload, including attendance, conduct, performance, capability and other people-related matters.
  • The ability to assess situations, gather information, make balanced recommendations and progress cases through to resolution in line with policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, handle sensitive conversations and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and maintain attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using a range of IT systems to maintain accurate records, produce reports and support decision-making.
  • A proactive, resilient and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality service and continuous improvement.
Interview Process:
