SAP Recruitment Consultant

Apps IT is a specialist ERP recruitment business with 25+ years’ experience in the market and a strong foothold across the EMEA region, particularly within SAP

Our SAP practice is growing, supported by a strong network of SAP professionals and long-standing client partnerships across the region. We are now looking for an experienced SAP 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London team and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

This is a genuine 360° recruitment position
, combining business development, account management and recruitment delivery
.

You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts and building strong networks of SAP professionals across the UK and wider EMEA market.

• Develop new business opportunities within the SAP market.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Grow and develop existing client accounts.
• Identify and secure new SAP recruitment requirements across permanent and/or contract markets.
• Source, engage and manage SAP candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong SAP candidate network.
• Develop your own market, pipeline and client portfolio.
• Provide clients with insight into SAP talent availability, market trends and recruitment strategy.
• Negotiate offers, manage processes and ensure a high level of client and candidate service.
• Build your personal profile and network within the SAP community.

We're looking for a commercially minded recruiter with a proven track record in SAP, ERP or specialist technology recruitment
.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience working in a 360 recruitment environment
  .
• A strong track record in business development and winning new clients
  .
• Excellent account management and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience recruiting SAP professionals across permanent and/or contract markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the drive to grow your own market.
• The confidence to engage with senior-level clients and candidates.
• A genuine interest in the SAP/ERP technology market.

An additional European language is a huge plus
, particularly German, French, Dutch or Spanish, given our strong EMEA focus.

• Strong SAP presence across EMEA
