Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter looking for a stronger platform or a sales professional with the commercial drive and people skills to build a rewarding recruitment career we would love to hear from you.

You will work with a broad range of clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland placing talent across administration customer service EA and PA office management and other business support functions.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for business support clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
• Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
• Growing your own desk with the full backing of our operations BD and marketing teams
• Working across high-volume transactional roles managing multiple live vacancies and fast-moving candidate pipelines at pace
• Becoming a trusted specialist in a fast-paced high-turnover sector

Who Were Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with:

• Experience of managing high-volume transactional recruitment processes or a proven sales background with a genuine interest in recruitment
• Experience or knowledge of the Business Support sector (desirable but not essential)
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative relationship-led approach
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• A positive self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
• Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
