Rubric Law is seeking a HR Business Partner to own the people function in a hybrid or remote role with attendance at the Monmouth office as required. You will partner with senior leadership to design recruitment and retention strategies, develop employee engagement and ensure UK employment law compliance.
The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle from recruitment to payroll coordination, and work autonomously within a growing professional services firm.
