Recruitment Consultant - Legal
Hunter Savage Belfast Hybrid

Hunter Savage is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Legal team and we are open to two very different types of brilliant person. Maybe you are a qualified solicitor or legal professional with the relationship skills commercial acumen and drive to translate your expertise into a high-earning recruitment career. Or maybe you are an experienced recruiter who knows this market inside out.

Either way we would love to meet you.

You will partner with law firms and in-house legal teams across the UK and Ireland placing talent from newly qualified solicitors through to senior partners and general counsel.

What Youll Be Doing
- Running end-to-end recruitment for legal clients
- Building trusted relationships with law firms in-house teams and legal professionals
- Developing your desk with full operational BD and marketing support behind you
- Combining market knowledge with strong client service to become the go-to legal recruiter in your patch

Who Were Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- A legal background (solicitor paralegal legal PA compliance) AND/OR experience in professional services recruitment
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A driven positive attitude and the ambition to build a successful desk
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification
