About the role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join a busy Retail Recruitment Hub based at a leading Distribution Centre in Daventry.
Working as part of a wider resourcing team, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting exceptional candidates across multiple retail locations. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you will work closely with hiring managers and support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Working pattern
 
* First 2-3 weeks:
Office-based, Monday to Friday
 
* Following training:
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
 
* Applicants must be available to attend work during the first 6 weeks of employment
 
* Occasional weekend work may be required
Key responsibilities
 
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of retail vacancies
 
* Build strong relationships with store hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates
 
* Coordinate and schedule interviews
 
* Manage candidate offers and onboarding activity
 
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
 
* Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
 
* Identify recruitment challenges and proactively implement solutions to improve attraction and hiring outcomes
 
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider resourcing team
Full training will be provided.
What we're looking for
 
* Minimum 6 months' experience within a customer service or customer-facing role
 
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
 
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams
 
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
 
* Comfortable learning and using a variety of systems and technology platforms
 
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
 
* Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
