HR Assistant​/Administrator

Position: HR Assistant / Administrator
Part-time HR Administrator needed  Salary is £30-£35,000 per annum
- Pro-rata for Part time. An on-site position with occasional work from home 3 days per week required - onsite We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator who have a degree or diploma in HR , admin or related field Previous HR experience is preferred. The successful candidate will work closely and report into the HR Management team and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations
- You will maintain the HR Information system, co-ordinate onboarding of new staff , manage international bank holiday updates, tracking national holiday entitlements and years of service, support the H&S initiatives and prepare HR reports. In addition you will ensure accurate data management , efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience. To be a success :

- Proficient in MS Officed suite , HRIS, Excel, Word and PowerPoint ( will be ideal) Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Detail Orientated and highly organised Able to manage priorities Analytical with strong administration Team Player Apply now for an Immediate review.
