* Hybrid – 3 days on-site in London and 2 days remote working

Are you an experienced Technology Recruiter looking for the autonomy to develop your market within an established, successful and internationally recognised recruitment business?

We're recruiting two 360 Recruitment Consultants to join a specialist Technology team in London, working across UK and global markets.

You'll be joining a business with an extensive track record within technology recruitment and the global reach, reputation and infrastructure to support you in developing your desk and building long-term client relationships.

The opportunity

This is a full 360 role where you'll take ownership of your specialist market, developing new business while building strong relationships with clients and candidates internationally.

Depending on your experience and existing network, your market could include areas such as:

* Software & Digital

* Data & Analytics

* Cloud & Digital Infrastructure

* Cyber Security

* Telecommunications

* Financial Technology

* Mobility & Emerging Technology

You'll have the autonomy to develop your desk, identify new opportunities and manage the complete recruitment process from initial client engagement through to successful placement.

You'll also benefit from being part of a wider STEM recruitment group where collaboration is actively encouraged. Teams share market knowledge, relationships and opportunities across specialist areas, creating opportunities beyond your individual desk.

What we're looking for

For these roles, you'll need previous experience within Technology recruitment, but your background can be either permanent or contract.

What you’ll bring:

* Previous 360 Technology recruitment experience, including developing and growing your own client base

* Strong business development and relationship-building skills

* A successful track record of recruitment delivery

* Good knowledge of your specialist technology market

* A commercial and entrepreneurial approach

* The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of your desk
