Partnering with leaders across our UK&I business to provide expert people advice coaching and support that drives business performance and improves team member experience. Building trusted stakeholder relationships and using data-led insights to shape people plans identify risks and deliver practical solutions. Supporting managers with performance development and employee relations matters ensuring fair and consistent decision making at all times. Leading and supporting organisational change people projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Senior People Partner.

Previous experience in a People Advisor HR Advisor People Partner or similar HR role within a fast paced Retail or Hospitality business. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations matters. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Skilled at coaching and constructively challenging managers with a high degree of professionalism integrity and youll work:
