• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings.
• Lead HR projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members and business leaders on operational HR matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, management, or a similar senior HR role.
• Proven experience with HRIS management and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR compliance requirements.
