Senior Human Resources Officer

Our client in Rustenburg is looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Human Resources Officer to oversee and enhance their HR operations. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and South African labor legislation. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, supporting management, and ensuring a fair and compliant work environment for all employees.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to candidate onboarding.
• Administer and advise on compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary hearings.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including BCEA, LRA, EEA, and OHSA.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to departmental managers.

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with HR information systems and HR analytics is essential.
