Remote Recruiter (Temporary, Full-Time, 6 Months) Are you a passionate recruiter with a knack for matching talent to opportunity? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking an energetic Remote Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis for six months. This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to finding the perfect fit for both candidates and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies. Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various platforms, ensuring a diverse talent pool. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage job postings across multiple channels and maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing updates and feedback during the hiring journey.

Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and experience utilising latest technology to aid searches A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, fluency in French an additional advantage. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft packages including PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and metrics. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday and phenom knowledge preferred. What's in it for You?
