Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period. Salary: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential Hours : 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Legal division, you'll play a key role in connecting talented legal professionals with in-house legal teams across the South West. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing relationships with legal employers Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying legal professionals Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement Business development, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts Providing expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates Building and maintaining a strong network within the legal sector Working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets Benefits include:
