You’ll work closely with local clients, becoming their go-to recruitment partner while growing your market through proactive outbound business development. This role is office-based in Cambridge and involves regular client visits across the local patch.

What you’ll be doing Developing new and existing client relationships across Cambridge and surrounding areas Meeting clients on-site to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions Sourcing, engaging and managing candidates through advertising, networking and referrals Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement and aftercare Working towards clear KPIs while building a sustainable, profitable desk What you’ll bring An experienced agency recruiter or sales professional Confidence building relationships and winning new business A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Driver with their own vehicle
