HR Administrator

Before you read on - this role can be offered with part time hours if you are looking for less than full time.

Do you have experience supporting a HR Manager or Team with the administering of the function?

Working on site - with the potential of 1 day home working - if full time.

Hours will be between 8am - 4:30pm.

If you are looking for part time - there is an option of 3 days a week or 5 days with shorter hours - ideally working at least 20 hours per week.

You will be:

• processing starter and leavers
• assisting with recruitment
• providing administrative support to the payroll function
• filing all payroll and HR related paperwork
• maintaining personnel and training records
• dealing with external and internal data requests
• using the HR systems to access, input and compile data.
• monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
• supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary

You will need:

• relevant experience in a similar role.
• ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards this.
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
