Lead Human Resources Partner

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Lead Human Resources Partner to spearhead HR initiatives across their rapidly expanding organization. This is a pivotal, fully remote leadership role, offering the chance to shape HR strategy and operations from a distance. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR objectives with business goals, manage complex employee relations issues, drive talent management strategies, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and compensation.
• Provide expert counsel to senior leadership on complex HR matters and organizational design.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and diversity & inclusion.
• Oversee HR compliance, risk management, and ensure adherence to labour laws.
• Champion change management processes and foster a positive remote work environment.

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead partner role.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Deep understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote or hybrid environment.
