Recruitment Consultant - Construction & Engineering London | Hybrid Working £32,000 - £36,000 Basic Salary  Uncapped Commission (No Threshold) A well-established specialist international recruitment consultancy with an excellent reputation across the Construction, Engineering, and Built Environment sectors is looking to hire an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. Whether you're an experienced recruiter looking to break into the construction market or already have exposure to construction and engineering recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and supportive business.

The Opportunity You'll inherit an established desk with existing client relationships and live vacancies, whilst also having the autonomy to develop new business opportunities and grow your market presence. This role would suit someone who is motivated by career progression, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to maximise their earning potential. We're Interested in Speaking To:
Recruiters with 3-5 years' permanent recruitment experience looking to transition into the Construction & Engineering sector. Or Recruiters with existing construction recruitment experience, ideally within:
Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancies M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Quantity Surveying Consultancies Project Management Consultancies What We're Looking For Degree educated preferred, although strong academic credentials and excellent IT literacy will also be considered Commercially driven and motivated by financial reward A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to pick up the phone and create opportunities Experience developing client relationships and undertaking business development activities Comfortable mapping markets, identifying potential clients, sending CVs, and following up opportunities Strong work ethic with a desire to develop a long-term career within recruitment What's On Offer?
