Payroll Specialist

Position: Enkel Payroll Specialist Hybrid Role
Join Enkel as a Payroll Specialist and work hybrid from our Vancouver office. Support clients by resolving payroll challenges and enhancing team capabilities through training efforts.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with clients and our Global resources to ensure accurate payroll processing. The successful candidate should possess analytical skills and take on the responsibility of training team members while ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll standards. Your client-focused approach will be essential in solving complex payroll issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve client payroll-related issues effectively

• Configure and set up Payworks accounts for new clients

• Develop and deliver training sessions for remote teams

• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and quality standards

• Create playbooks and resources for improved team performance

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of payroll processing experience in Canada

• Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner is preferred

• Familiarity with Payworks software

• Strong understanding of federal and provincial compliance

• Advanced communication skills for effective training
