Interim Senior HR Advisor

Position: Interim Senior HR Advisor - 12 months
This role is all about handling day-to-day HR tasks and providing expert advice to managers and employees in the property industry. Based in Sheffield, you'll be a key part of ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the team during a 12-month interim period.

Description

Offer professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of topics.
Support employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries and performance management.
Assist with recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new starters.
Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth.
Handle HR administration, including contracts, benefits and payroll queries.

Profile

A successful Interim Senior HR Advisor should have:

Strong HR advisory experience, particularly in employee relations and policy management.
A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience with in the property industry would be beneficial but not essential.
CIPD qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.

Job Offer

£42,000 + car allowance of £5,800.
10% performance-related bonus.
