About you:
At least 3 year's broad generalist HR/Recruitment experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing environments Proven ability to provide support on employee relations matters but not necessarily leading on the process. Strong recruitment experience Experience in handling HR data and systems with attention to detail CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential Strong organisational and communication skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset What you'll do:
Build strong relationships with operational managers to understand their workforce needs and challenges Support the HR Business Partner in providing HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a proactive approach to talent attraction Assist the HR Business Partner in developing leadership and people-management capability across teams Play an active role in employee engagement initiatives and culture enhancement For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
