Lead the HR domain architecture at ABB, optimizing processes and enhancing the employee experience through technology. This hybrid position allows you to strategically influence HR architecture across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Global Head of IS Enterprise Architecture, you'll define HR systems architecture, ensuring coherent integrations that support decentralized business needs. Your primary focus will be managing the Workday landscape, evaluating its capabilities, and aligning with enterprise strategies while documenting architecture developments thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create HR domain architecture and capability mapping
• Govern HR architecture principles and guardrails
• Review solutions and guide HR data architecture
• Align the HR domain roadmap with enterprise initiatives
• Keep architecture documentation current in EA tools
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in senior HR technology roles
• Strong familiarity with HR systems like Workday
• Proven track record with HR integrations
• Understanding of regulatory HR data considerations
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
