JOB DESCRIPTION

The Wealth Colleague Experience team is the engine behind colleague connection, engagement, and transformation. From launching enterprise initiatives to designing memorable moments, we act like owners and collaborate across teams to create experiences that strengthen connection, inclusion, and business outcomes.

WHAT

YOU'LL DO
  • Support the planning and delivery of Wealth onboarding and colleague learning programs (e.g., We are Wealth)
  • Coordinate events, including scheduling, materials, AV, speakers, and communications
  • Develop presentations, briefs, agendas and other communication materials to support strategic colleague experience initiatives
  • Help track program details such as budgets, invoices, calendars, and status updates
  • Review feedback and data to support post-event reviews and continuous improvement
  • Support Early Talent programs (interns, co-ops, Associates) and enterprise initiatives
  • Support and lead components of colleague engagement initiatives from planning through execution
  • Work with partners across HR, Events, Communications, and Learning teams to deliver experiences that reflect the TD Way
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
  • How large-scale onboarding, learning, and engagement programs are delivered in a corporate environment
  • Event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • How data and colleague feedback are used to improve experiences and outcomes
  • Exposure to Early Talent programs and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • How cross-functional teams collaborate to support leaders and colleagues
  • Professional communication, organization, and project management skills in a purpose-driven organization
  • Experience developing PowerPoint Decks and presenting to different stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce, or a related field
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of returning to school at the start of the work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
  • A passion for storytelling, employee engagement, and organizational culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in strategic communications, event planning/execution, or program management is an asset
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence September 8, 2026 - December 18, 2026

TD requires employees to reside in the country where the role is located, irrespective of remote working arrangements
