- Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants, fostering their professional development.

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on strategic client management.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership and specialized technical roles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
