About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner with a specialization in Talent Management to support their operations in Kimberley . This critical role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. You will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and retaining high-potential employees, ensuring the organization has the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources , with a significant focus on talent management and development.

- Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
