About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner with a specialization in Talent Management to support their operations in Kimberley . This critical role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. You will play a key role in identifying, nurturing, and retaining high-potential employees, ensuring the organization has the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of high-caliber candidates.

  • Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources , with a significant focus on talent management and development.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
