We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration. With a minimum of five years in an HR advisory role, this position focuses on leadership coaching, recruitment, and strategic alignment of HR programs with organizational goals. You'll be integral to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment supporting managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise English-speaking managers on HR-related matters

• Oversee recruitment for positions in the U.S, Canada, and Australia

• Coach managers using HR tools for development and performance

• Promote corporate culture and employer branding initiatives

• Manage labour relations and employee conflict interventions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 5 years of HR advisory experience

• Strong leadership coaching skills

• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and best practices

• Ability to manage health and safety activities
