• Advise on employee relations and HR policies

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in HR management

• Knowledge of best practices in recruitment

• Exceptional conflict resolution skills

• Experience with Indigenous issues and community engagement is an asset
