Specialist Construction Recruitment Consultants (x2)
Location:
Central London
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000+ basic (DOE) + uncapped commission
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Operating in a booming market, they specialise in placing top-tier permanent and temporary professionals across Design & Build, Traditional Fit-Out, and High-End Residential projects valued at £100m+.
With average candidate salaries sitting at £80k, average consultant billings of £185k, and a proven track record of scaling billers from £0 to £300k+, this is a high-reward environment tailored for polished, articulate, and driven professionals.
The Role s Available
* Graduate / First-Jobber (Permanent High-End Residential): £28,000 – £30,000 basic. Ideal for a polished graduate looking to break into a lucrative recruitment niche with comprehensive training.
* Experienced Temp Construction Consultant (White Collar): £30,000+ basic (dependent on experience). Designed for an established, autonomous biller ready to take ownership of a busy desk in a booming market.
