Position: Senior Labour Relations Manager Hybrid Role
Drive strategic labour relations as a Senior Manager specializing in grievance management for a large organization in Edmonton. This permanent, hybrid position centers on arbitration and internal collaboration.

Your experience will enable you to manage a multitude of grievances, ensuring resolutions and facilitating communication between HR and legal teams. You'll play a pivotal role in negotiating with union reps and guiding organizational practices. This position requires someone dedicated to fostering harmonious labor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee grievance management from initiation to resolution

• Develop cases through detailed analysis and witness preparation

• Present and defend cases before arbitrators and legal entities

• Ensure follow-up on court recommendations post-arbitration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in unionized settings
